The design of Billy Johnson Playground was inspired by the landscapes of Central Park, making it one of Park’s most distinctive play spaces. It features lush plantings, a stone bridge and wooden play structures reminiscent of the Park’s rustic bridges and shelters, and a popular granite slide set into a hill.
